When venturing on something new, I automatically pop over to Laracasts to see if Jeffrey’s got an opinion about it.
If you do the same, then adding Laracasts as a custom search provider to Chrome makes this process even easier. Here’s how:
Follow Google’s instructions on adding a custom search provider to Chrome. Here’s what they are as of writing this post:

After clicking Manage search engines, scroll to the bottom of the Modal and fill out the “Add new search engine” form as follows:
Name: Laracasts
Keyword: laracasts.com
URL: https://laracasts.com/search?q=%s&q-where=lessons
Now whenever “laracasts.com” is in Chrome’s Omnibox, you can hit tab, and the below search box will appear:

I visit the site pretty often, so for me it’s as simple as hitting “l” followed by tab to initiate a search!
